We thank you for considering one of our animals! As we want to make sure everyone involved with purchasing one of our animals is happy, we ask that you read through all our terms and conditions. Thank you!

SALES:  All sales are final. We refrain from taking any animals back to our farm once they have left, due to Bio-security reasons. In specific cases only, would we consider taking back a previously sold animal. We wish to maintain a healthy and disease free herd/flock. We love our herd/flock and do not wish to see any of our home bred animals in a bad position. As such, feel free to contact us if you are looking to resell/rehome an animal previously purchased by us; we may be able to help.

We ensure, to the best of our ability, that all animals are in optimum health before they leave our farm. Our herd is part of our family.  We want to make sure they go to a good home so we do retain the right to refuse sale to anyone. Our goal is producing and improving amazing quality stock.  We will retain any animals we feel will better our herd/flock goals. Any animal(s) born that were not reserved will be assessed and priced accordingly.

Wait List:

We keep a wait list for all our planned breedings. If you have a specific cross you would like, we will mark you down in order of person(s) who contact us. At the time that any chosen animal is born we will contact you in the order of our wait list. We can't guarantee any animal will be born, along with what we wish to retain for any given year, so we wait until all animals have kidded before working through our wait list, unless you were marked down for a specific animal, you will be contacted accordingly. Once you have contacted us regarding getting on our wait list, we ask that you provide your Name, Phone #, and Email so we can contact you once the animal(s) are born. This is just required for us to mark you on our wait list and will not be shared to the public or otherwise be used beyond us contacting you once your animal(s) are born/ready to leave our farm. If any animal(s) is born that do not fit what you want we can move your waitlist spot to another breeding or year. However, please keep in mind you will no longer be top of this list if you refused an animal available to you. If you chose to be put on wait list spot for another animal you will be placed in order of wait list spots received. 

 

If for whatever reason we are unhappy with the animal(s) quality we will not sell you the animal(s). If that ever happens we will offer you another animal or if one is unavailable, we can move you to top priority to the next breeding season. We strive to produce quality animals and hope this never happens!

Kid/Lamb care with us before going to a new home:

Our kids are raised on our raw Nubian milk as we feel that is best for our kids. We do not feel the need to pasteurize our milk to feed our kids. Any kids sold will come tattooed, UTD on any vaccinations, and well started on the bottle or weaned. Our lambs are dam raised only and will be sold at weaning. They will be UTD on vaccinations and any de-worming that is needed. If you would like more info on how our kids or lambs are raised feel free to contact us!

We take cash only for all animal sales unless prior arrangements are made. If you are from out of state or cannot come to the farm then sales will be figured out on a case by case basis. 

​

We have not used a shipper before, but are willing to work with you and a shipper to get you your animal!
